This is our $199 monthly plan that gives you the confidence you need if you have a website problem, and need a quick fix, during normal business hours 9-5 (EST), and 5 days a week.

This plan provides you with (5) fixes per month, that take up to 30 minutes each for our techs.

We record our work, keep detailed notes, and provide feedback to you via email or Skype.

This is a very smart investment if you don't have your own in house developers. Having a broken website can easily cost you more than $199 a month in lost sales, not to mention your reputation.

This is our $499 monthly plan that gives you the confidence you need if you have a website problem, and need a quick fix, 24 hours per day, and 7 days a week.

This plan provides you with round the clock support, anywhere in the world. This plan allows up to (10) fixes per month, that take up to 30 minutes each for our techs.

We also provide email, live chat support, and we guarantee same day repairs (within 24 hours of reported problem), or we don't count the repair against your allowed (10) for that month.

We record our work, keep detailed notes, and provide feedback to you via email or Skype.

This is a very smart investment if you need 24/7 full time support and don't want to hire your own in-house technicians.

Do I have to commit to a contract?

No. Our service is billed using a recurring monthly subscription. There are no contracts to sign, setup fees or cancellation fees. Our customers retain us every month because we provide amazing support.

Note: Our Branding Packages do require a separate Agreement – we review together.

How can you help me?

What do you mean by 24/7 support?

We keep an eye on incoming support tasks over the weekend, so if there’s an urgent issue we can call a developer in to help. 99% of our jobs are completed from Monday to Friday.

What does the 30 minutes fix include?

To help make sure we can keep all of our customers happy, we only do small fixes and jobs. This means that 30 minute tasks are in the scope of work we provide.

If you have a large job, maybe you deleted your entire site by mistake, that would require a separate price by our technicians. Once we review your repair request we will notify you if it's going to be outside the scope of work and provide a price quote for the custom work.

Sorry, we don’t build new sites as part of the Monthly support plans. But, our Branding Package is for clients that need an entire site. Hit us up for details.
